"The course itself was fine, but getting my..."
The course itself was fine, but getting my completion certificate was way more annoying than I expected. It didn’t show up right away, so I ended up clicking around trying to figure out where it was. I reached out to support, and while they did respond eventually, it wasn’t very quick. Their replies also kind of made me feel like it was my fault for not finding it, which was frustrating. Overall, the course was okay, but the certificate process could definitely be smoother.

"Still felt a bit confused"
I actually finished the whole course, but I still felt lost afterward. I was hoping things would click more by the end, but it didn’t really leave me feeling confident.

"Useful, but it really dragged in spots"
The course was helpful overall, and I did pick up a few things, but wow, it felt longer than it needed to be. Some sections moved so slowly that I kept noticing little stuff, like how many times the same point got repeated or how long the transition screens stayed up. I finished it, but it definitely took more time than I expected...

"The site was kind of clunky and…"
The site was kind of clunky and confusing for me. I had a hard time figuring out where to go, and everything felt less smooth than I expected

"Felt a bit weird about sharing my info"
I started signing up, but they were asking for a bunch of personal stuff and the privacy info was kind of unclear. I don’t know, it just didn’t feel right, so I backed out before finishing. Didn’t really trust it with my data.
"Signup felt way more frustrating than it needed to"
I tried to make an account the whole signup process was a pain. Pages were lagging, I couldn’t tell if my info actually went through, and I had to redo a couple of steps for no clear reason. On top of that, some of the prompts made me feel like I was being talked down to, which just made it more irritating. For something that should’ve been quick and simple, it was a bad first impression.

"Referral didn’t really help"
Uh, the counseling referral wasn’t super helpful for me. It felt basic, and I still had to figure out on my own who I was supposed to call. I was hoping for more info that actually fit my situation, but there just wasn’t much there.

"Finished the course, but my lender wouldn’t accept it"
I went through the whole course and paid for it, thinking I was all set, and then my lender told me they don’t accept this certificate. Super frustrating. I mean, I already had enough paperwork to deal with, and I’d rather be doing literally anything else, like cleaning out my car or finally organizing that junk drawer — but now I feel like I just wasted my time and money.

"The follow-up links kinda confused me..."
The follow-up links kinda confused me, tbh. I clicked around for a bit but got stuck fast and didn’t really know what to do next.

"Course felt like a waste of time"
I thought this homebuyer course would break things down in a way that actually helped, but most of it felt really basic and repetitive. A lot of the info was stuff I had already seen for free on random bank websites, so I kept wondering what I was even paying for.
Some sections were confusing, and the quizzes didn’t really make me feel like I learned anything. I also didn’t feel great about reaching out to customer service because, based on past experiences with stuff like this, I usually expect a canned response instead of real help. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the time for me.

"Good lessons, annoying glitches"
The lessons themselves were fine when they actually loaded, but the site froze on me a few times and even kicked me out once, so I had to redo a whole section, which was frustrating when I was just trying to get through the course and finish it without dealing with random tech issues.
"Really wish there were more language options"
I really wanted to use this course, but the language options were just too limited. My parents had a hard time following along, and after trying for a bit, we gave up quickly

"Support helped, but the wait was frustrating"
I used Framework for the homebuyer course and ended up having to contact support because my login wasn’t working. To be fair, they did eventually get back to me and fix the issue, so it wasn’t a total disaster.
That said, it took almost two days and I had to follow up once, which was frustrating when I was just trying to get into the course. A quick update would’ve made a big difference, especially since I was basically stuck waiting.
Once I finally got in, the information was helpful, but the support experience definitely felt slower than it should have been. for the hassle and delay, I’d expect some kind of credit or compensation.

"Still Not Totally Sold"
The info they gave me sounded believable enough, but I don’t know… something about it still makes me a little skeptical. I’m not saying it’s wrong, I just wouldn’t fully trust it without double-checking first.

"Not really worth it for me"
I paid for this course thinking it was going to be super helpful, but umm, a lot of it felt like stuff I had already seen for free online. The videos were okay, just basic overall. For the price, I expected more practical advice or tools that would actually help me feel prepared. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like a waste of money. I kind of wish I had just stuck with free homebuyer resources instead.

"Refund came through, but the wait was annoying"
I paid for the course without any issue, but then noticed I’d been charged twice by mistake. I contacted support and they got back to me the next day, which was fine, but having to wait a few more days for the refund was frustrating. In the end, they did fix it and I didn’t have to chase them too much, so it worked out okay.

"Okay, but not super local"
i mean, it was helpful for getting the basics down, but the info for my local programs felt limited. I still ended up having to call around to get the details I actually needed.
"Kind of hard to get through"
I wanted to like this course, but it just wasn’t very engaging. It felt boring at times, and I had a hard time staying focused. I’m sure some people might find it useful, but for me it was a bit of a chore to get through.
"Accessibility support was disappointing"
I signed up for the course and just needed some basic accessibility accommodations, like easier-to-read materials and a bit of help with the videos. I didn’t think it would be a huge request, but this is where it got annoying: I felt like I had to keep following up, waiting, and explaining what I needed over and over.
The support team was polite, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t really solve the problem. I ended up frustrated and still couldn’t properly use parts of the site, which made the whole course harder than it needed to be. it wasn’t a good experience for me.

"I just couldn’t keep up"
Maybe it’s partly on me because I don’t always have the most time to sit and figure things out, but the lessons felt like they kept jumping around. The explanations made me more confused instead of helping, and I found myself having to stop and rewatch parts just to understand what was going on...
